Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, hospitals, and clinics across Ahmedabad for payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams for payment updates.
- Maintain records of collections and customer visits.
- Submit collected payments and provide regular collection reports.
- Build good skilled relationships with doctors and hospital staff.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in field collection/payment collection.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Knowledge of Ahmedabad routes and locations.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- 2 reference mandatory.
- Residence proof mandatory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
