Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee

end-to-end production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient manufacturing

processes, maintain high-quality standards, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive

operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the complete production process from planning to execution.




- Support production planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
- Conduct and monitor quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards

and customer expectations.

- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized production environment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and

timely production operations.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- B.tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is complusory.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations, preferably in assembly line production.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a team

environment.

- Hands-on experience in managing production lines and meeting operational targets
