Account Executive – E-Commerce / Logistics Industry

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 2 years (CA Firm experience mandatory)

Job Summary

We are hiring an Account Executive for our E-commerce or Logistics business. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries
- Handle GST compliance – returns, reconciliation, and filings
- TDS calculation, payment, and return filing
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Accounting for e-commerce marketplace settlements or logistics/vendor billing
- Assist in audits and preparation of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements





Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a CA firm
- Experience in E-commerce or Logistics industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting software
- Good attention to detail and accuracy

Salary

- 17000 - 23000 per month
