- Experience in manufacturing industries & Heavy Industries segment.

- Experience in selling industrial products like Lubricants, Coolants & Metal Working fluids.

- Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.
- Will have to work as a team and increase sales as per the company's goal.

- He will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, demonstration, estimation, order management, payment collections & customer service

- Meeting sales & collection targets in assigned territory, Shall be responsible for the P&L; for the product group assigned.

- He will be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members.

- Preparing commercial and technical proposals.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machines

- Ability to conduct commercial negotiations with valuable Techno-Commercial skills

- Good command over spoken and written English and Tamil

- Conducting trials & demonstrations at customer machines and providing the right manufacturing solutions to the customers.





- Maintaining relations with customers and conduction customer presentations.

- Visiting Customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and Trouble Shooting activities.

Requirements

- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

- 3-5 years experience in Industrial sales, preferably in Lubricants & Coolants

- Fluent in Tamil & English - Read/Write/Speak (Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu is added advantage)

- To be based in below locations - Hosur, Chennai

- Ability to Travel & Meet customers regularly in the assigned region (Tamilnadu, Andhra, Karnataka)

- Basic IT system knowledge, Email communication, Excel, CRM & Quotation preparation.
