We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our digital marketing team. This internship is designed for individuals who want to build a career in performance marketing and gain hands-on experience with live advertising campaigns.
The selected candidate will work closely under the guidance of our Performance Marketing Head, learning industry best practices while contributing to real client and in-house projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Support campaign optimization to improve performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in creating ad copies and coordinating with the design team for creatives.
- Track campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Learn conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Support A/B testing of advertisements and landing pages.
- Assist in campaign budgeting and performance analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid advertising.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
