Job Summary

seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineer to support installation, commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial analyzer and instrumentation systems across customer sites in India. The role requires extensive travel and direct interaction with customers in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Steel, Power, and Process Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, and startup support of analyzer and instrumentation systems.

- Calibration and preventive maintenance of gas analyzers, moisture analyzers, gas chromatographs, and associated instrumentation.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues at customer sites.

- Attend breakdown calls and provide timely technical support.

- Conduct routine service visits, AMC activities, and performance checks.

- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation after site visits.

- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site-specific procedures.

- Provide technical guidance and basic operator training to customers when required.

Required Skills





- Knowledge of Industrial Instrumentation and Process Control Systems.

- Understanding of sensors, transmitters, analyzers, control panels, and field instruments.

- Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols will be an advantage.

- Ability to read electrical and instrumentation drawings.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
