Key Responsibilities

- Operate production line machines used in lithium battery cell, module, or pack assembly.
- Load and unload materials as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Perform visual inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain production records and complete shift documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of battery components and materials.
- Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in the work area.
- Support preventive maintenance and machine cleaning activities.
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve daily production targets.

Required Qualifications

- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in lithium battery, electronics, automotive, or EV industries.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are welcome to apply.

- Familiarity with basic measuring instruments and production documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
