- Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all services and workspaces

Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor the progress of all current and pending projects

Maintain High Standards for Customer to ensure perpetuation for Future Business

Ready to handle the independent charge of service division.

Attending Client Meetings for Technical Clarifications, Pre-Bid Meeting, Price -Bid Opening and Service Force for order finalization.

Handling Tasks right from an Appointment in a New Company, Getting an Enquiry related to the Company Product Portfolio, Sending Proper Quotations, Attending Meetings for Final Negotiations, Arranging for the Dispatch, Shipping at a Committed Delivery Time, Sending Invoices, Payment Follow-Up and finally getting the Full Payment from the Client.

Manage and update invoices

Process current orders and track inventory

Exhibiting the Service Supervision and completing it by intime Execution of service contracts

Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws

Hiring Person,Training Regarding Expense and Guiding for work process





Stay up to date on industry standards and any latest innovations, materials, tools and/or procedures that can benefit for the company

Manage our work order system, including invoice logging, and generate service invoices

Inspect rental equipment upon return deposits less any observed damage

Handling all the cost of labour contracts, material procurement and equipment.

Reach to labor contractors.
Accomodation Finalisation, Travelling of People, Tracking of Work

Gate pass Process and Documentation.

v Requirements and Qualification

B.E – Mechanical Engineering.

1 to 3 years of experience in Engineering Services (Tube Tools, Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machines, Retubing Services, Torqueing Services preferred)

Experience of industrial service.

Experienced in Manufacturing Industry, Industrial tools.

Labor management skill.

Time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (Preferred)
