Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS & CRM Executive with strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and Salesforce CRM to manage business MIS, maintain CRM data, track sales activities, monitor customer interactions, and provide accurate reports that support the Sales and Service teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of ensuring CRM data integrity while improving sales reporting and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales, Service, and Management.

* Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate customer, dealer, lead, and opportunity records.

* Track the complete lead lifecycle from inquiry to order closure.

* Monitor sales pipeline, follow-up status, quotations, and order updates through CRM.

* Generate dashboards and performance reports using Advanced Excel and Salesforce.

* Ensure timely updating of customer interactions, visit reports, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.

* Coordinate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Management teams to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.

* Analyze sales trends, customer data, and business performance to support decision-making.

* Identify duplicate or incomplete records and maintain CRM data hygiene.





* Support management with customized reports, presentations, and business analytics.

* Assist in CRM process improvements, user support, and adoption across departments.

Required Skills :

* Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, Power Query, Dashboards).

* Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM .

* Strong understanding of CRM processes, lead management, and sales pipeline tracking.

* Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

* High attention to detail and data accuracy.

* Positive communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred :

* Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Capital Equipment, or Industrial Products.

* Experience in the Diesel Generator (DG), Power Backup, Electrical, or EPC industry will be an added advantage.

* Knowledge of sales operations, dealer management, and customer lifecycle management.

* CRM data accuracy and completeness.

* Timely submission of MIS reports.

* Lead and opportunity tracking accuracy.

* Dashboard and report quality.

* CRM user compliance and data hygiene.

* Sales reporting turnaround time.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
