Camp Organizer Job Description

Job Title: Camp Organizer

Department: Operations / Events / Community Outreach

Reports To: Program Manager / Event Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and organized Camp Organizer to plan, coordinate, and oversee camps, workshops, awareness programs, and community events. The role involves managing logistics, participant registrations, scheduling activities, coordinating with vendors and volunteers, and ensuring the smooth execution of camp operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and organize camps, events, and outreach programs.
- Coordinate with participants, volunteers, staff, and external partners.
- Manage registrations, attendance records, and participant communications.
- Arrange venues, transportation, accommodation, and other logistics as required.
- Ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare camp schedules and activity plans.
- Supervise camp activities and ensure participant safety and compliance with guidelines.
- Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain records, reports, and feedback from participants.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Promote camps and activities through various communication channels.
- Ensure a positive experience for all participants and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.




- Experience in event coordination, camp management, community programs, or related activities is preferred.
- Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills may also apply.

- Experience managing educational, medical, sports, corporate, or community camps.
- First-aid certification (preferred for outdoor or youth camps).
- Knowledge of event management tools and registration platforms.

- Stakeholder and participant satisfaction.
- Accuracy of records and reporting.
