Omnicom Production / Magnon (India) is one of the country’s largest integrated advertisings, digital, and marketing‑performance agency groups. The Group comprises three award‑winning agencies — Omnicom Production (India), magnon agency, and magnon sancus — delivering comprehensive, end‑to‑end marketing solutions. These span advertising, digital , social media, creative production, media services, localization, linguistics, and outsourced marketing‑solutions labs supporting leading global and Indian brands. This role is with magnon Sancus, which primarily works/focuses across localization and content services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review assets and deliverables against quality standards, brand guidelines, and Tech/Market/client-specific requirements, from project intake through final upload.
- Validate content before upload and re-check post-upload and corrected assets to confirm issues are properly resolved before sign-off.
- Identify, document, and categorize errors, inconsistencies, or deviations found during review, applying consistent judgment to assess severity and prioritize findings.
- Maintain accurate status tracking throughout delivery and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with production and asset management teams to clarify requirements and resolve flagged issues efficiently.
- Participate in team syncs, alignment sessions, and process discussions, contributing observations from day-to-day execution.
- Accompany new team members during onboarding stages, supporting their ramp-up on processes and tools.
- Act as a reference point for junior colleagues navigating day-to-day
- Participate in training sessions or client-facing conversations when needed.
- Support the rollout of process changes or recent tools within the team.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, production, or a related operations role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls on quality and escalation decisions.
- Comfortable supporting or guiding newer team members, even informally.
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet-based and tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence participating in client-facing conversations when required.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts or workstreams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) or product information management (PIM) systems.
- Prior experience supporting onboarding or training for new hires.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
