Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within a specific branch, driving sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. This role requires a agile leader with a strong sales background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and services. The manager will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance sales culture, developing strategic initiatives, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve branch sales targets for various financial products including loans, deposits, insurance, and investment products.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.




- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their financial needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within the local market, including potential clients and partnerships, to expand the branch's customer base.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
