Job Description: Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial record management, along with hands-on experience in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records, books of accounts, and ledgers. Handle daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other applicable laws. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and coordinating with auditors. Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning activities. Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.



Ensure timely completion of accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel. Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance. Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail. Robust organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CA Inter, CMA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Experience handling statutory compliance and financial reporting. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- Bookkeeping: 4 years (Preferred)
