Job Description: Project Manager (Australian Solar Company)

Join our team as a Customer Service Executive. You will manage solar projects from start to finish, handling customer calls, email, paperwork, and ensuring timely completion.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with Australian customers via phone calls, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate project timelines to meet completion targets and maintain project quotas.
- Manage paperwork and documentation for solar installations with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer service.

Requirements:

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Previous experience in customer service or project coordination roles preferred.
- Organized with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in sustainable energy solutions is a plus.
