3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating and producing 3D renderings and animations of architectural designs, interiors, exteriors, , and environments. The 3D Architectural Visualizer will work closely with architects, designers, and clients to develop and deliver high-quality visualizations that communicate design concepts in a clear and compelling way.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D models of commercial interior spaces (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.) based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts.

Develop realistic interior environments, including furniture, fixtures, fittings, and architectural elements.

Apply materials, textures, lighting, and environmental settings to enhance realism and match design intent.

Ensure accurate scale, dimensions, and design representation throughout the modeling process.

Produce high-quality, photo-realistic renders using industry-standard rendering engines

Optimize scenes for rendering performance without compromising quality.

Conduct lighting studies and adjust render settings to enhance mood, ambiance, and design clarity.

Create basic to advanced 3D walkthroughs or animations for client presentations and marketing material.

Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure visuals reflect approved design direction.

Attend design team meetings and contribute to concept development through visual storytelling.

Update 3D visuals based on design changes, material selections, and feedback from the Design Head or client.

Assist in preparing visuals for client presentations, marketing collateral, and design competitions.

Provide rendered floor plans,



elevations, and other visual aids as needed.

Package deliverables professionally for internal and client use (PDF presentations, image boards, folders, etc.).

Maintain and organize a comprehensive library of:

3D models (furniture, lighting, décor, etc.)

Textures and materials (wall finishes, floorings, fabrics, etc.)

Continuously source and create new assets to expand the internal resource base.

Ensure consistent file naming conventions and version control for all 3D files.

Archive completed projects and maintain backups on secure storage platforms.

Prepare layered files or working files when needed for team collaboration or future revisions.

Keep up to date with new tools, plug-ins, and rendering techniques to improve efficiency and quality.

Troubleshoot rendering issues, material mapping errors, or software conflicts.

Recommend upgrades or best practices to optimize the visualization pipeline.

Prioritize multiple projects and manage workload based on delivery timelines set by the Studio Manager or Design Head.

Communicate proactively about delays, technical issues, or changes in delivery scope.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 Years of experience in 3D visualization.
- Proficiency in SketchUp & D5 Render
- Robust understanding of lighting, materials, and composition in 3D rendering.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
