About the Role We are seeking an experienced AS400 Developer to join our team, working remotely with a focus on RPGLE, CLLE, and ILE development and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have solid technical skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver high-quality solutions, collaborate effectively with the team, and continuously improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain applications using RPGLE, CLLE, and ILE.
- Utilize SQL for data management and analysis.
- Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system operation.
- Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate as a team player to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

- Develop and maintain applications using RPGLE, CLLE,



and ILE with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Utilize SQL with strong proficiency.
- Apply solid analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Perform code review and unit testing.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
