Job Summary :

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations. The candidate will ensure timely dispatch of finished goods, coordinate with transporters, maintain dispatch documentation, and support smooth delivery operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods as per customer schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-Way Bills, Packing Lists, and LR copies.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Ensure correct product quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch registers and update dispatch records accurately.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, and Accounts departments for smooth dispatch activities.
- Track dispatched materials and provide delivery updates to internal teams.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with customers or transporters whenever required.




- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and dispatch standards.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all dispatch-related records.

Required Skills :

- Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, Invoice, and dispatch documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience in Manufacturing or Plastic Packaging Industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP or inventory management software will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
