We are looking for enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and self-driven B.Tech and MBA students who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and innovation. As an AI & Innovation Mentor, you will guide school students in transforming their ideas into real-world digital solutions using modern AI tools.

You will mentor students in developing websites, mobile applications, prototypes, presentations, and AI-powered solutions while fostering creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor students on the effective use of AI tools for learning and project development.
- Guide students in creating websites, mobile applications, digital prototypes, and MVPs using no-code/low-code and AI platforms.
- Support students in converting innovative ideas into practical technology solutions.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities.
- Assist students in preparing projects for innovation challenges, startup competitions, and exhibitions.
- Encourage design thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative learning.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable tools for student projects.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and student performance records.
- Coordinate with school faculty and the internal academic team for successful program delivery.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, AI, Electronics, or related disciplines)



or MBA (Technology Management, Marketing, Operations, Entrepreneurship, or related specialization).
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, technology, innovation, and education.

Desired Skills

- Valuable understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Canva AI, and similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of website development using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Webflow, or other no-code tools.
- Familiarity with app development and prototyping tools such as FlutterFlow, Figma, Bubble, Glide, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Smart, proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Ability to mentor and engage school students confidently.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Travel Requirement

- Willingness to travel across various districts in Chhattisgarh for school visits and program implementation.
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment and interacting with students, teachers, and school administrators.
