We are looking for an experienced paralegal to support the commercial property conveyancing department for a UK based law firm. Experience with LPO in UK based commercial property conveyancing would be preferred. Please note this role is office based at our office in Vadodara.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Anti-Money laundering checks

· Opening new files and preparing the letters

· Chasing Clients for completed client questionnaire and money on account

· Assisting clients with replies to Commercial Property Standard enquiries

· Dealing with post completion and registration

· Preparing completion statements, calculating stamp duty

· Preparing bills

· Requesting redemption statements

· Requesting bank consent for leases

· Carrying our priority Searches

· Title Checks

· Preparing Reports

· Basic drafting of Agreements and leases

SKILLS





· Good knowledge of case management system, MS office and data entry

· Excellent verbal and written English communication is a must

· Ability to work in a customer-centric, deadline driven environment

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to analyze and organize work for maximum efficiency

· Attention to detail

· Quality conscious, diligent, and a qualified with a sense of urgency and time-management skills to complete work in the desired time frame

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
