We are looking for a Factory Manager with a Sales background and excellent communication skills to manage overall factory operations. Candidates must be from Delhi/NCR only (nearby locations); applications from distant states will not be considered. A 1-month training will be provided before independently handling the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete factory operations,



including production, inventory control, quality, workforce, dispatch, purchasing, and procurement.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, team coordination, productivity, and timely dispatches.
- Maintain operational discipline, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

- Sales background with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valuable personality with a professional appearance; comfortable wearing formal attire.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should reside in Delhi/NCR (near Sahibabad/Ghaziabad) only.
