About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to oversee and strengthen the security operations of our Garment Manufacturing Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding company assets, employees, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with security protocols and emergency response procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective perimeter security through gate control, access management, CCTV monitoring, and watchtower supervision.

Monitor the movement of employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and materials entering or leaving the premises.

Safeguard critical facilities, including substations, LPG yards, oil storage tanks, water tanks, warehouses, and utility areas.

Oversee CCTV surveillance systems and ensure all security equipment is operational.

Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire incidents, accidents, security breaches, and external threats.

Coordinate with local police, fire services, and government authorities whenever required.

Collaborate with Operations, Administration, and EHS teams to maintain a secure and secure workplace.

Supervise outsourced security agencies, manage guard deployment,



and monitor security performance.

Conduct regular security audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

Prepare daily security reports, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.

5–10 years of experience in plant, industrial, manufacturing, or large facility security.

Experience in heavy industry or large manufacturing environments is preferred.

Retired personnel from the Army, CISF, CRPF, BSF, Air Force, Navy, Police, or other Defence/Paramilitary forces will be given preference.
