Hiring: Marketing Engineer – Electrical Panels & EPC Projects

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Engineer for our organization engaged in the manufacturing of LT Panels, HT Panels, Compact Substations (CSS), and execution of Electrical EPC Projects. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, client handling skills, and experience in business development within the electrical industry.

Experience Required: 4 – 6 Years

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for business development, client coordination, tender follow-ups, technical discussions, and generating new business opportunities in industrial, infrastructure, commercial, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for:
- LT Panels
- HT Panels
- APFC Panels
- PCC/MCC Panels
- Compact Substations (CSS)
- Electrical EPC Projects
- Visit clients, consultants, contractors, industries, builders, and government departments for business development activities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with design and estimation teams for preparation of techno-commercial offers.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization activities.
- Follow up with customers for approvals, technical clarifications, and payment collections.
- Participate in tendering activities for government and private sector projects.
- Coordinate with design, production, purchase, and project teams for smooth execution of orders.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and sales updates.
- Support during inspections, technical meetings, and project discussions.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of electrical systems, LT/HT Panels, transformers, switchgear, and EPC projects.
- Ability to understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and commercial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and ERP software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, inspections, and project follow-ups.

Qualification:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Electrical Panel Industry, Switchgear Industry, Electrical EPC Contracting, or Industrial Electrical Projects.
- Experience handling railway, industrial, infrastructure, or government projects will be an added advantage.
- Good client coordination and marketing capabilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Additional Requirement:

- Candidate should be ready to travel across various locations for customer meetings, inspections, business development activities, and project coordination.
