As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista to support the overall coffee program across all Greenr locations and help maintain consistency, innovation, and excellence in every café.

Role Overview

The Head Barista will work closely with the Senior Head Barista to oversee coffee operations across Greenr outlets. This role combines operational excellence, team leadership, training, and beverage innovation to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent coffee quality across all locations through audits, calibration, and adherence to standards.
- Lead barista training, skill development, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Manage and mentor barista teams, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Drive beverage innovation by developing seasonal menus and standardizing recipes.
- Support new store openings, including setup, team training, and operational readiness.
- Oversee inventory,



equipment maintenance, and minimize wastage through efficient practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred); coffee certifications are a plus.
- 4–7 years of experience in specialty coffee, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and café operations.
- Proven leadership, communication, and training capabilities.
- Ability to innovate, standardize processes, and manage multi-location operations.
- Organized, adaptable, and willing to travel between locations.

Location: Delhi NCR (Travel to other Greenr locations as required)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
