ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform customization, integrations, and ITSM modules. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Develop and support REST and SOAP integrations with third-party applications.
- Configure and customize ITSM modules, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Design and enhance Service Portal components and user experiences.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–9 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Experience in Service Portal development and customization.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Git or version control systems is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Mandatory Certification

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
