Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Assistant / Junior Store Executive with 2–4 years of experience in an automation manufacturing or engineering industry. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material receipt and issue, stock maintenance, and store documentation to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance.
- Maintain stock records and inventory transactions in ERP/software.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and stock reports.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical, mechanical,



and automation components.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store area.
- Assist in inventory audits and documentation.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Experience in handling automation, electrical, and mechanical spare parts.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software, Tally, or inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce / Science / Engineering or Diploma Holder.
- Certification in Store Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Stores & Inventory.
- Experience in Automation Manufacturing, Engineering, Electrical Panel, or Industrial Manufacturing Industries is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhuj, Gujarat (Bhuj)
