The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities

- Monitor, operate, and maintain utility systems including:
- Diesel generators
- Air compressors
- Chillers and HVAC systems
- Boilers (if applicable)
- RO/Water treatment plants
- Electrical panels and lighting
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns with minimal downtime.
- Maintain daily logbooks, service records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC, repairs, and spares.
- Ensure compliance with safety,



energy efficiency, and statutory norms.
- Participate in audits (internal/external) and ensure readiness of systems and documentation
- Support energy-saving initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain inventory of spares and consumables for utilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in utilities and facility maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of mechanical/electrical utility systems and their operations.
- Basic understanding of ISO, EHS, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with tools, maintenance schedules, and documentation
