Job Summary:

Actowiz Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) with relevant experience in the web scraping / data extraction industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end quality checks on scraped data (JSON, CSV, Excel).
- Validate output data as per SOW (Statement of Work) and client requirements.

Identify and report:

- Missing fields
- Incorrect mappings
- Duplicate records
- Formatting issues
- Prepare and maintain QA checklists and validation guidelines.
- Ensure proper data structuring and standardization.
- Coordinate with Scraping Team / Data Engineers for issue resolution.
- Perform manual QA and sample-based validation before delivery.
- Maintain proper QA reports and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / relevant field.




- experience in Data QA / Web Scraping QA (Preferred same industry).

Strong knowledge of:

- JSON, CSV, Excel formats
- Data validation techniques
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, validations)
- Google Sheets

Basic understanding of:

- HTML structure
- XPath / CSS Selectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for team coordination.

Preferred Skills (Valuable to Have):

- Experience specifically in web scraping / data extraction domain.
- Basic knowledge of SQL / database validation.
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman).
- Exposure to automation or scripting (Python).
