Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Intern to support our Customer Success team. You will engage with customers, collect feedback, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer feedback and review calls. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Handle customer queries and provide timely support. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. Support customer retention and engagement initiatives. Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Customer-first mindset. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
