Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with customers for payments, renewals, and documentation.
- Handle customer queries and help resolve issues.
- Support project coordination and maintain timely communication.

Requirements

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business and technology requirements.
- Positive basic Mathematics and written English skills. The ability to write professional emails is important. Freshers will receive guidance where required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred. If you are not familiar, you should be willing to learn quickly.
- Strong interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to improve productivity, research, writing, and daily work.
- Good communication skills and the confidence to interact with customers and colleagues. Confidence is more important than fluency in English.
- Good presence of mind, ability to take initiative, and execute tasks quickly. We value speed and ownership.
- Ability to track your own tasks and provide regular updates to seniors.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Qualification: Any degree.

Trichy (Cantonment), Tamil Nadu

Candidates residing within approximately 15 km of Trichy Central Bus Stand will be preferred.

Work Mode

Full-time Work From Office

Internship

Freshers will undergo a 4-month internship, after which they may be considered for confirmation based on performance.

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience is desirable.

Freshers are also welcome with internship.

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Leadership Exposure

You will work closely with the MD/CEO and senior team members. Occasionally, additional support beyond regular working hours may be required when business demands it.
