Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, efficient, and presentable Typist cum Secretary to assist a Senior Consultant in daily administrative and office activities. The candidate should possess excellent typing and computer skills along with good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

- Typing letters, reports, and medical/office documents
- Handling MS Office work including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Managing appointments, files, and office records
- Assisting in presentations and documentation
- Coordinating phone calls and communications
- Maintaining confidentiality and professional etiquette

Required Skills

- Valuable typing speed and accuracy
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge of:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint




- Good English and Tamil communication skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Organizational and multitasking abilities

Eligibility

- Any Undergraduate / Graduate
- Prior office or secretary experience preferred
- Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply
