Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Quality
Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (In Mechanical)
Salary: Rs 35000-40000 per month (Approx.)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
