Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil works while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, project schedules, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within approved timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and material consumption.
- Prepare project schedules, daily/weekly progress reports, and MIS reports.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor procurement and availability of construction materials.




- Ensure adherence to local building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate snag rectification and project handover activities.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and site records.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and site execution.
- Experience in quantity estimation and billing.
- Good understanding of IS Codes and construction standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD
- MS Excel & MS Office
- MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
- Quantity Estimation & BOQ Preparation
- ERP/SAP exposure (preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
