Job Title: KST Supervisor (Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor) Location: Panipat, Haryana Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the stewarding operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel or restaurant operations and be capable of leading a team efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily activities of the stewarding team. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and back-of-house. Monitor proper cleaning and storage of crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment. Assign daily duties and prepare staff rosters. Maintain inventory of cleaning chemicals and stewarding supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene,



and health & safety standards. Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B; teams for smooth operations. Train and guide stewarding staff on SOPs and hygiene practices. Report equipment breakdowns and maintenance issues. Requirements 1–3 years of experience as a Stewarding Supervisor/KST Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant. Good leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. Robust communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹9,126.80 - ₹16,000.00 per month
