Job Description:

Osseous Surgical is looking for a skilled Tool Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Solid work and Siemens NX. The role involves preparing precise drawings, and designing tools, jigs, and fixtures used in the manufacturing of surgical products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment layouts
- Create and revise 2D drawings and 3D models using Solidwork, AutoCAD and NX
- Interpret product drawings and translate them into effective tool designs
- Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
- Maintain technical documentation and drawing records




- Continuously improve and update designs for functionality, durability, and ease of use

Requirements:

- 2–8 years of experience in tool and fixture design using Solid Work, AutoCAD and Siemens NX
- Proficient in preparing and detailed fabrication drawings
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related discipline
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Experience in the surgical instruments or precision tool industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
