- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Store materials in designated locations following proper warehouse procedures.
- Pick, pack, and issue materials as per material requisitions.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles safely.
- Maintain accurate stock records in manual registers or ERP software.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Report damaged, missing, or excess materials to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Label and organize inventory for easy identification and retrieval.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Assist with periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Accounts, and Site teams for timely material dispatch.
- Follow company safety policies and warehouse operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass),
Diploma, or Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory operations.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and ERP systems is an advantage).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
