IT Product Store In-Charge – Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT product store.
- Handle inward and outward movement of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, networking devices, and accessories.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers/asset management systems.
- Issue IT products to employees and customers with proper documentation.
- Track asset allocation, returns, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate with the procurement and technical support teams for stock replenishment.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of IT assets.
- Prepare inward/outward reports, stock reports, and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain all asset-related documents, including GRNs, delivery challans, and issue/return acknowledgements.
- Ensure the store is organized and complies with company inventory procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
