- Operate and monitor Air Handling Units (AHUs), HVAC systems, and ventilation equipment.
- Ensure proper temperature, relative humidity (RH), and differential pressure are maintained in all designated areas.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of AHUs and associated equipment.
- Monitor and record AHU parameters as per SOPs and maintenance schedules.
- Replace or clean pre-filters, fine filters, and HEPA filters as per maintenance schedules and SOPs.
- Monitor chilled water, condenser water, and duct systems for proper functioning.
- Coordinate with the Engineering and Production departments to ensure uninterrupted HVAC operations.
- Report any equipment malfunction, abnormal noise, leakage, vibration, or breakdown immediately to the reporting manager.
- Maintain daily operation logs, maintenance records, and equipment history files.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety guidelines during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in HVAC validation, qualification,



and calibration activities whenever required.
- Coordinate with external service providers during major maintenance or AMC activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of AHU rooms, HVAC areas, and engineering utility sections.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all electrical and mechanical safety practices.
- Participate in audits and provide engineering-related documentation whenever required.
- Perform any other engineering or utility-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹9,193.33 - ₹29,827.18 per month
