Raj Caters is looking for a highly connected and results-driven Catering Sales Manager who can lead business development, generate premium catering enquiries, and strengthen our presence across Ujjain, Indore, Udaipur and the surrounding region.

Position

Manager Catering Sales

Location: Ujjain (with frequent travel to Udaipur, Indore and nearby cities)

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in Catering, Hospitality, Event, Banquet, or Wedding Sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate high-value catering business for weddings, corporate events, social functions, religious gatherings, and VIP events.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event management companies, corporates, industrial houses, educational institutions, government organizations, and influential local stakeholders.

* Expand Raj Caters' presence across Ujjain, Indore, Dewas, Maheshwar, Omkareshwar, Ratlam, and nearby markets.

* Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and food tastings.

* Prepare competitive proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business.

* Build a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

* Coordinate seamlessly with operations, production, and event execution teams to ensure flawless service delivery.

* Represent Raj Caters at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to increase brand visibility.

* Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional who:





* Has 10+ years of successful sales experience in catering, banquets, hospitality, luxury events, or wedding businesses.

* Is extremely well acquainted with the Ujjain, Udaipur and Indore markets.

* Possesses an extensive network among corporates, wedding planners, event organizers, religious trusts, government bodies, business communities, and key decision-makers.

* Has outstanding PR, networking, and relationship-building skills.

* Demonstrates strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.

* Is target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of independently generating new business.

* Holds a valid driving licence and is willing to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
