Senior AC Technician
We are looking for a minimum 10 years experienced Senior AC Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The candidate should have solid technical knowledge and the ability to lead junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair split, window, cassette, and central AC systems
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot HVAC systems efficiently
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Handle gas charging, leak detection, and compressor issues
Read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Supervise and guide junior technicians
Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed
Maintain service records and reports
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good problem-solving skills
Valid driving license (preferred)
