Job Title: SharePoint Team Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on SharePoint Team Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. This role combines technical leadership with active development responsibilities, requiring deep expertise in modern SharePoint frameworks, .NET integrations, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 solutions
- Actively contribute to development using SPFx, React, and contemporary SharePoint components
- Design and implement backend integrations using .NET/C#, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
- Define and govern SharePoint architecture, including site collections, hub sites, metadata, search, and governance models
- Mentor and lead development teams; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Drive sprint planning, estimations, and technical decision-making
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring quality delivery
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, production support, and troubleshooting

Core Technical Expertise

- SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and modern architecture
- SharePoint On-Premises (2010/2013/2016/2019) with migration and modernization experience
- SPFx development using React and TypeScript
- .NET Core / C# with ASP.NET and Web API integrations




- Microsoft Graph API and REST-based integrations
- PnP provisioning, site templates, and automation frameworks
- SharePoint security, permissions, governance, and M365 Groups
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Power Automate workflows and approvals
- CI/CD and DevOps practices (preferably Azure DevOps)

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

- 15+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Proven experience in a SharePoint Technical Lead or Team Lead role
- Hands-on expertise in SPFx, modern SharePoint development, and React
- Strong experience with .NET/C# and API-based integrations
- Practical experience with Microsoft Graph and secure enterprise integrations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

- Advanced experience with ASP.NET Core / Web APIs for large-scale systems
- Experience with SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate
- Microsoft Teams app development or extensibility experience
- Broader Power Platform experience (Power Apps, governance)
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise or global portal implementations
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
