As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the reach of Learnnex Academy. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and sales abilities to identify new business opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the organization's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads for Learnnex Academy's bootcamp programs
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, clients, and educational institutions
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market demand, and industry trends
- Effectively present Learnnex Academy's offerings and convert prospects into enrolled students
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development and outreach strategies
- Manage accurate records of sales activities and regularly report progress to management




- Travel when required for business development activities (expenses reimbursed as per company policy).

Requirements

- Solid presentation and communication skills
- Ability to generate leads and conduct market research
- Experience in preparing and delivering effective presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Compensation

Probation Period(6 Months) Rs 13500 per month(Basic Salary)+ up to 10,000 incentives based on performance

Post- Probation Comensation

Total CTC: 600000 per annum

- 360000 Fixed Salary
- 240000 Performance- Based Incentives

Pay: ₹11,535.39 - ₹40,918.70 per month
