GigaSoft is looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined IT Support Interns to assist our technical team in providing support for websites, software applications & mobile apps. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to real-world IT support, troubleshooting, customer handling, and software maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Support Intern, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide Level-1 technical support to clients through phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote sessions.
- Assist users in resolving issues related to websites, software applications, and mobile apps.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the development team.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and issue analysis.
- Coordinate with developers and project coordinators to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Assist in testing websites, software, and mobile applications after bug fixes.
- Help in preparing user manuals, FAQs, and support documentation.
- Install, configure,



and maintain software applications when required.
- Monitor client support requests and maintain proper communication until closure.
- Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Maintain records of support activities and prepare daily reports.

Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. (IT/CS), Diploma in Computer Science, or any related qualification.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Basic understanding of websites, software applications, and mobile apps.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues logically.
- Strong willingness to learn current technologies.
- Self-motivated and responsible.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
