About the Role We are seeking an experienced IBM AS400 Developer to join our team on a full-time basis, with a strong background in AS400 development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with the team in person, utilizing your technical expertise to drive business growth and innovation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AS400 development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AS400 applications and programs to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system uptime and performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for AS400 applications and systems
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IBM AS400 technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and validation of AS400 applications





Requirements

- Develop AS400 applications with 5-10 years of experience in AS400 development
- Utilize strong proficiency in AS400, IBM Developer, and AS400 IBM
- Apply proven experience with IBM AS400 technologies and tools
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
