- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to on boarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and organizational fit.
- Conduct reference and background checks where required.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Pay: ₹14,346.19 - ₹25,987.31 per month
