Role Overview:
We are hiring a Telesales Executive to call customers who have abandoned their carts or haven’t completed their purchases. Your job will be to convert these leads by:

- Explaining the product and addressing customer queries.
- Offering discounts or incentives to close sales.
- Understanding customer needs and resolving concerns quickly.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in telesales (mandatory).
- Language: Excellent spoken Hindi and English.
- Skills: Solid communication and persuasion, ability to engage customers in the first few seconds.
- Work Setup: Work from home.

What We Offer:

- Fixed pay: ₹20,000–₹40,000/month.
- Commission on every sale generated.
