We are looking for a Reservation Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle room bookings and reservations.
- Answer guest calls and messages.
- Confirm bookings and update reservation records.
- Coordinate with the front office team.
- Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in hotel reservations is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Location: BHOPAL
Salary: 12k to 20k
