Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Interior Site Engineer to manage the execution of interior fit-out projects across commercial, corporate, retail, and residential spaces in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong site execution expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Execute projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and site resources effectively.
- Verify site measurements and coordinate quantity estimation and material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, and work updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Support project handover, snag rectification, and final completion activities.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution.
- Experience handling commercial offices, corporate interiors, retail stores, hospitality, or high-end residential projects is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, modular furniture, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing verification, and material planning.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work under tight project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in corporate office fit-outs and turnkey interior projects.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, site safety practices, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools and ERP systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
