We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, providing pharmacological information to patients, and ensuring the highest level of care and safety in our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately by following prescriptions and double-checking for drug interactions.
- Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and storage requirements.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking stock levels and removing outdated medications.
- Verify physician orders and ensure all legal and ethical standards are met.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient drug therapy.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure workflow efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
- License: Must have a valid and active State Pharmacist License.
