Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate Faculty – Food & Beverage Service & Placement Officer who can inspire students through classroom teaching while building strong relationships with the hospitality industry to ensure excellent internship and final placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Academic

- Teach Food & Beverage Service Management to undergraduate hospitality students.

- Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and laboratory training.

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and examination papers.

- Mentor students in professional etiquette, service excellence, and career development.

- Participate in curriculum development and academic quality initiatives.

Internship & Placement

- Develop and maintain relationships with leading hotels, restaurants, resorts, cruise lines, and hospitality companies.

- Coordinate industrial training, internships, and final campus placements.

- Organize recruitment drives, career fairs, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions.

- Guide students in resume writing, interview preparation, grooming, and professional communication.

- Maintain placement records, employer databases,



and placement reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management or a related field.

- Relevant teaching and/or hospitality industry experience.

- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage Service operations and hospitality standards.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build long-term relationships with hospitality recruiters.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and academic documentation.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in hospitality education.

- Existing network within hotels, restaurants, resorts, cruise lines, or hospitality recruiters.

- Experience coordinating internships and campus placements.

- Leadership and student mentoring abilities.
