- Plan for maximization of dispatch as per defined targets
- Co-ordination with RO/AO/HO for adequate funds & orders
- Monitoring of ageing stock and liquidating with the help of RO/SLP teams
- Handling of Bank Guarantees
- Query Resolution of ROs and ZOs for dispatches.
- Development of systems and Processes and minimize manual interventions
